Purpose:

The purpose of the IEC is to prepare instructors for the Fetal heart Monitoring Principles and Practice (FHMPP) works

Objectives:

1. Apply adult learning/teaching principles to the Intermediate Fetal Monitoring Course

2. Demonstrate entry level proficiency in teaching selected segments of Intermediate Course (lecture & skills station) 

3. Manage classroom issues & formulate problem-solving techniques

4. Identify administrative responsibilities, policies & procedures of the Intermediate Fetal Monitoring Course

5. Demonstrate navigation of AWHONN website for administrative functions
